I have kept a journal in some form for forty years. Not because I had something to say. Because I had something to release.
This is the journal I would give a student who came to me asking how to begin. Not bursting with prompts. Not demanding effort. One page a day, the same shape repeating, so the practice can settle deeper than the eye can see.
Three gratitudes. A breath log. A single Master Anshin prompt that rotates each day, ninety in all. A two line evening reflection. That is the whole architecture. The depth comes from the returning.
