Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of masteranshin.clickdrop.online (the "Service"), our newsletter, e-books, podcast, videos, downloads, and any other content or product we publish under the Master Anshin name.

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. Who we are

2. The nature of the content

No real person named "Master Anshin" exists. Where we draw on the teachings of specific historical teachers or traditions, we attribute them. Where the content is our original interpretation, it is ours.

3. Newsletter and accounts

You can subscribe to our newsletter using a valid email address. By subscribing you consent to receive emails from us. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe and we honor it within 24 hours.

We do not currently offer registered user accounts beyond the newsletter list.

4. Purchases, downloads, refunds

Where we sell digital products (e-books, audio bundles, premium PDFs):

• The price shown at checkout is what you pay. Where applicable, VAT/sales tax is added per your country.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details.
• Digital products are delivered immediately by download link sent to your email.
• 30-day satisfaction refund: if you are not happy with a digital purchase, email us within 30 days and we will refund you, no questions asked. Under EU consumer law you may also withdraw within 14 days for any reason; that right is preserved here and extended to 30 days as a gesture of trust.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Service (including the Master Anshin persona, name, logomark, articles, podcasts, videos, e-books, audio meditations, branding, and underlying code) is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

6. Your license to use our content

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and enjoy the Service and the digital products you purchase, for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may:

• Read, watch, listen to, and download for personal use.
• Share short quotes (under 100 words) on social media with attribution and a link back.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Re-publish, mirror, or syndicate full articles, episodes, or videos.
• Train AI/ML models on our content.
• Resell or redistribute downloaded products.
• Strip attribution or DRM, or remove our name and logo.
• Use our brand, name, or likeness in a way that implies endorsement of your product.

7. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law, infringe rights, or harm anyone.
• Scrape, mass-download, or otherwise place an unreasonable load on the Service.
• Probe, attack, or attempt to bypass our security.
• Spam, phish, or misrepresent yourself.
• Reverse engineer or extract source data beyond what is publicly served.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor our team will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) 50 EUR.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law (such as liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Third-party links and tools

The Service links to and embeds content from third parties (YouTube, Spotify, Stripe, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Term and termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach them, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes affecting paid subscribers, notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Where you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform for cross-border disputes. We are not obliged and do not commit to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
